Math, Programming, and Research

“When students encounter good teachers like you, it benefits them for a life time.”

A Parent of a Student from the 2023 Pre-Algebra and AMC 8 Classes

We are a dedicated math school with Dr. Xue as an advisor and mentor, supporting many students at various stages of their studies. We believe that math should be fun and engaging, and students should be challenged at an appropriate level. To achieve this, we create personalized education programs tailored to individual needs and schedules. Our programs emphasize solid training in foundational math skills and fosters the development of intuition needed to solve complex problems. We prioritize creativity and value quality over speed.

We offer programs tailored to all students who have a genuine interest in learning, and we are committed to helping them reach their full potential, regardless of their current academic level. For students who excel in math, we guide them to participate in math competitions such as AMC 8, MATHCOUNTS, AMC 10, AMC 12, AIME, and USA(J)MO and explore research projects in applied math and data science.

Our student teachers offer private tutoring and co-teach alongside with Dr. Xue in subjects including, but not limited to, Elementary Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, AMC 8, and MATHCOUNTS. They do so with professionalism and at an affordable rate. In addition to teaching K-12 math, programming, and research classes, Dr. Xue also instructs a range of college-level math topics, mentors undergraduate and graduate students in academic and career development, and provides ongoing training and support for our student-teacher team.

Prospective Students

If you have any questions about our programs, please complete the New Student Inquiry Form. If you're interested in joining our programs, please fill out the New Student Intake Form. Once you submit these forms, you will receive a link to schedule an initial consultation, should you wish to proceed.

Some students opt for a few trial lessons in our live Zoom small-group classes, while others prefer tutorial-style video lectures for self-guided study. New students can take up to three trial lessons, paying per session. This trial period provides a valuable opportunity to explore our classes and allows us to assess whether our programs are a good fit for them, offering professional recommendations for their learning path. If you're unsure which course to start with, feel free to request a diagnostic test. New students can also schedule a consultation session with Dr. Xue at a discounted rate to get a head start in our program. Please visit the Appointments page to schedule and select the “one-time session” option.
