Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) is the leading publisher of math curricula for gifted students, with a particular focus on math competition problems. While we believe that AoPS textbooks offer a strong collection of problems and encourage mathematical reasoning, we also feel that the explanations of concepts and methods could be improved. Our live and self-paced video classes are built upon and go beyond these textbooks. We provide concise and clear explanations of foundational concepts and methods, which we consider the "soul" of mathematics. We enrich our lessons with a variety of real-world applications and highlight connections with higher-level math. We do not recommend using AoPS Calculus as the main textbook for Calculus. There is a strong push on social media advocating for Beast Academy as the primary math curriculum. While we believe Beast Academy is an excellent enrichment resource, we feel it should not replace the standard school curriculum. Opinions on this may vary. Please note that while we assist students in obtaining book discounts, we are not affiliated with any publishers.

We do not recommend the Beast Academy Online Subscription, as we believe it is important for students to develop into serious learners who can appreciate the beauty of mathematics without relying on game-like platforms. US: Economy shipping by USPS, 5–10 days; $6 for orders under $100; 3$ for orders between $101 and $150; free for orders above $100. International: Buyers are responsible for shipping fees and any customs charges; UPS generally offers the best rates. These rates are for school students who pay via Zelle transfer. If you choose to pay by credit card, please refer to the shipping policy outlined on our Square store.

Return Policy:

Paperback – Must be unused. Please return books in their original box, securely packed. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label in PDF format. Returns within 30 days: free of charge. Returns between 30 and 90 days: A 25% restocking fee will apply. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Online Books – Cancellation should be done online within 7 days, free of charge.

Gently Used Books:

We occasionally have gently used books for sale. Our condition ratings (from New to Acceptable) align with Amazon.com’s standards. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. Self-Paced Video Lectures:

Our pre-recorded videos present the content within a more rigorous framework, offering concise and intuitive explanations of fundamental concepts and methods. They cover every example in each section, as well as the challenge problems at the end of each section and chapter in the AoPS books. The lectures also include necessary corrections to the text, alongside a variety of supplementary materials that expand on the book's content and emphasize real-world applications.
