Beginning Research in High School
Upcoming Sessions: June 23–27, June 29 (Sun)–July 3 (Thu), Full Day Commitment. Daily Group Meeting: 11–1 pm CST. $1200/week.
This program provides a unique and valuable opportunity for pre-college students to embark their research journey. Under the guidance of Dr. Xue, a recipient of the prestigious PECASE award for her exceptional research and mentorship, students cultivate the right research skills and methodologies through open-ended team projects derived from recent NSF-funded research in applied mathematics, computational biology, and data science.
Upon completing this program, students will have the opportunity to pursue more advanced research through our Research Connect Program (see below).
We connect students with research mentors from academia and industry, helping them find summer internships tailored to their interests and capabilities. Dr. Xue ensures the quality of our research mentors and the compatibility of personalities and working styles.
