Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child in private tutoring or small-group lessons with our student teachers. Our student teachers bring a wealth of strengths to their sessions, including strong math skills, excellent communication, and a dedicated work ethic. They are enthusiastic and eager to make a positive impact on your child's learning journey.

This is a wonderful opportunity for your child to engage with motivated young adults who not only provide academic support but also offer valuable insights into their future. Through these interactions, your child can gain both mathematical knowledge and essential life skills.

We encourage you to communicate openly with our student teachers about any specific requests or expectations you may have. Your feedback is crucial in helping them grow and ensuring they provide the service you envision. This collaborative approach enhances your child’s experience while also supporting the professional development of our student teachers.

We kindly ask that you complete the Student Teacher Feedback Form when requested, or whenever you feel there is a need. If you have any concerns regarding their teaching, please note them on the form, and I will ensure that appropriate training is provided to address any issues promptly and effectively.

Our student teacher program is a collaborative effort, and your feedback is essential to its success. Constructive suggestions help our student teachers grow and ensure that the program remains a valuable experience for everyone involved. Please provide as much detail as possible when completing the form to offer meaningful feedback.

We ask that if a feedback request is sent, it be completed in a timely manner (with no more than one reminder). If feedback is not provided or lacks the necessary effort, we may need to prioritize families who are more actively engaged in the student teacher's growth.

Please note that our student teachers work as contractors for the school, and tax forms will be provided at the end of the year. All payments should be made to Dr. Xue's Math School LLC. We ask that you refrain from discussing payment arrangements directly with the student teachers, which is explicitly outlined in our school rules.
